LTA Announcements

 

  • Attention All Students- The bowling team of Mr. Hittman and Mr. Kielar want to challenge any team of two bowlers to take them on in a two mach challenge. The challenge will continue next Tuesday for any team of two students who can beat the team of Mr. Hittman and Mr. Kielar. Mr. Hittman will pay $5.00 to each member of a team who can beat the dynamic duo. Andy Hohs, Jordan Ehr, Jay Mecina, and Sulgee Haynesworth were just plain lucky when they use trickery, shenanigans, and flim-flam to beat the dynamic duo last Tuesday afternoon. Next week will be a whole different story; we will be playing bumper bowling shooting for the highest score. Officer Hackney will be present to stop any and all trickery, shenanigans, and flim-flam.
  • Attention All Students- The KUSD Theatre Arts Program is having auditions for next years plays. Please read the posters around the building stating date, time, and place for auditions. This is chance to be a part of the best Theatre Program in Wisconsin and one of the best in the United States. Do not be afraid. Read the poster for requirements. You have talent and we would like you to share that talent with us!!!
  • Attention All Students- there will be a Kenosha High School Job Fair on Wednesday, April 7 th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Bradford Field House- The Job Fair Tip for the day is: Reading directions is very important when you complete an application. Print in blue and black ink, and avoid abbreviations-except for states and NA (which stands for not applicable). Spell correctly and if you do make a mistake, use whiteout or draw one line through the error. Do not scribble out an answer.
  • Attention All Students- would you like your sports photos in the 2009/2010 yearbook? If so, please turn in a 5 megapixel digital copy to Mrs. Overocker by April 13 th. Please see Mrs. Overocker or Garris Covington with any questions.
  • Attention All Students- there is now a new club at LakeView, the Gardening Club. The club is now accepting members to help support the school grounds and help construct a greenhouse in the near future. For more information please contact Alex Williams or Ms. Kopernick.
